Broadband FET Probe TETRIS Series
An FET input probe that can measure high-frequency signals in high quality with a low input capacitance C (0.9pF) of the probe (3 types)
The TETRIS Active Probe can be contacted in parallel to the adjacent 2.54mm pitch pins. The housing of this probe is T-shaped, and probes can be stacked without limitation by stacking one after another. In this way, multiple measurements can be performed simultaneously.

The TETRIS Active Probe is manufactured as an independent measurement system by a probe manufacturer for oscilloscopes.
Its compact size and convenient accessories simplify measurement operations.
It not only fits easily in small spaces, but can also contact with very small test points and vials.

■Frequency bandwidth DC to high input impedance at up to 2.5GHz
With an input resistance of 1MΩ and an input capacitance of 0.9pF, TETRIS is suitable for measuring all frequency ranges. All three models cover the bandwidth from DC to 2.5GHz

By using the installation plate and copper pad, the connection to GND can be shortened as much as possible for measurements close to the true value on the IC.
