UNIVERSAL COUNTER SC-7217A / SC-7215A

ユニバーサルカウンタ SC-7217A / SC-7215A

Easy operations with single key strokes for each action. Universal counters feature frequency, cycle, time interval, pulse width, phase, frequency ratio, duty ratio, cumulative count, and peak voltage measurements for easy, versatile measurement. As a basic piece of measurement equipment for development work and technical education, they are also ideal for introduction to production and inspection lines.

  • Easy operations with single key strokes for each action.
  • Comparator and statistical operation function make it easy to improve the efficiency of line inspection work.
  • Unit conversion (rpm, speed, etc.) is possible using the scaling operation function.
  • It is easy to check the waveform amplitude by measuring the peak voltage of the input signal.
  • Streamline routine inspection work by saving/recalling panel setup.
  • USB, LAN, digital I/O are equipped as standard.
  • A highly expandable set of options.
    • RS-232 GPIB interface
    • USB host interface
    • High-stability clock option

Various interfaces and options

Standard interface

10MHz STD INPUT, 10MHz / (MARKER) OUTPUT

10MHz STD INPUT

A terminal that inputs a more stable 10MHz reference frequency from the outside. In the SYSTEM menu, when RefClk: SOUR = EXT is set, the internal reference oscillator is detached and the measurement is performed at a frequency of 10MHz of the external reference oscillator.

■10MHz / (MARKER) OUTPUT

A terminal that outputs an internal 10MHz reference frequency or marker signal. Outputs an internal reference signal of 10MHz.

Digital I/O interface

A terminal that outputs an internal 10MHz reference frequency or marker signal. Outputs an internal reference signal of 10MHz.

LAN interface

A connection terminal for the LAN interface It can be connected to a PC, etc. and can be remotely controlled from the outside.

USB (for remote control) interface

A connection terminal for the USB interface. It can be connected to a PC, etc. and can be remotely controlled from the outside.

Dedicated Options

SC-709 (option) CH-A/CH-B rear input for SC-7215A/7215 only

When you want to input signals from the rear, such as when you mount this product on the rack, change the CH-A/B input terminal to the rear.

SC-710 (option) CH-A/CH-C rear input for SC-7217A/7217 only

When you want to input signals from the rear, such as when you mount this product on the rack, change the CH-A/B/C input terminal to the rear.

SC-711 (option) GPIB interface

A connection terminal for the GPIB interface. It can be connected to a PC, etc. and can be remotely controlled from the outside.

SC-713 (option) USB host (for memory connection) interface

A connection terminal for USB memory. Measurement data can be saved to a USB memory device and panel setup can be saved/called to a USB memory device.

SC-714 (option) RS-232 interface

A connection terminal for the RS-232 interface. It can be connected to a PC, etc. and can be remotely controlled from the outside.
